All artwork is carefully packaged using durable and protective materials to ensure safe delivery. Framed or canvas pieces are bubble-wrapped and boxed with edge protection.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and courier details. You can monitor your delivery status through the courier’s tracking page.

6. Delays or Lost Shipments
