Return & Refund Policy

At Queen Paints, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering high-quality, hand-crafted artwork. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@queenpaints.in with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if damaged).
  2. Wait for approval and instructions from our team.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

If your item arrives visibly damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it — unless it has already entered production or shipping. Custom orders cannot be canceled once processing begins.
